We are offering an incredible opportunity to grow within an expanding, fun and exceptional company as our Events Specialist, who will help us grow our presence in key international markets.
As an Events Specialist:
You will be responsible for our participation in international events, as well as the organization of our own corporate or private events, both virtually and in person. Occasional travel may be required.
You will find different events where Kanbanize can be presented (Kanban, Agile, Lean, and Project management conferences).
You will work cross-functionally with the Sales and Marketing teams regularly.
You will be meeting regularly with our partners, coordinating their involvement, and acting as liaison between the partners, our internal team, and external vendors. You will oversee every part of the events ensuring their successful execution.
It is a lot of work and responsibility, and we have a blast doing it! No two days on the job are alike.

Strong Plus Will Have:
Knowledge of German, Spanish or French (Any other language is also a plus)
Background in Graphic Design (Adobe Illustrator, Figma or similar)
Some experience in Business Development
Experience with or knowledge of Agile, Kanban, Lean or a Six Sigma
