As the summer season comes to an end, we're excited to announce the return of the KanConf series! We'd like to invite you to KanConf #3, which takes place on the 13th of October, 2022.
The success of our past 2 events has motivated us to take the next step forward and dive into wider topics such as Leadership and Responsibility. In this line of thought, our special guest this time is Christopher Avery, founder of the Responsibility company and a world-renowned Leadership author and speaker.
We will talk about the famous "Responsibility Process" and how to propel your leadership abilities to achieve meaningful results in both your business and personal life.

What Is KanConf?
If you're joining us for the first time, KanConf is a series of virtual mini-conferences that provide an opportunity to learn from the experience of Lean/Agile experts and other management professionals.
With this event, we aim to provide you with a high-quality learning experience in the realm of Leadership and Responsibility through the lens of Lean/Agile. Ultimately, our vision is to connect you with world-renowned experts and build a community of like-minded change-makers like you.
What's In It for You?
Apart from the comprehensive discussions on Leadership and Responsibility, just like in our previous events, you get the chance to participate in a live Q&A session. Our panelists will take their time to answer as many questions as possible and give you valuable guidance on becoming a better leader.
To strengthen our community, we've also started a new tradition called "networking train". It will help you easily connect with one another and continue the discussion offline.
