Business Development Expert (Channel Partner Program)

Our company partners with more than 300 Lean, Agile, and Kanban trainers, coaches, and consultants worldwide. We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Partnerships team and help us build strong relationships with the existing partners as well as grow the ecosystem.
Another name for the position is "Partner Success Manager", as your primary focus will be exactly this- to help our partners succeed! This will be achieved by several activities, including:
Identifying and recruiting potential new members for the Businessmap Partner Network (inbound and outbound)
Demonstrating Businessmap to potential partners and highlighting its advantages over traditional Project Management systems and other competitors
Facilitating the Partner on-boarding process, which includes providing them with marketing and training resources, as well as educating them about the value we deliver with our product
Getting to know the needs of the partners' clients and helping them with the successful rollout of our software inside their organizations
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with the partners
Working cross-functionally with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective execution across various business development activities to increase market exposure and new business acquisition
The perfect candidate for this position should:
Have an entrepreneurial spirit - we are looking for a goal-oriented, proactive individual
Be fluent in English, both written and spoken - this is one of the most important things we are looking for in a successful candidate
Be a people person- should enjoy working with people- partners and teammates
Have great presentation skills, as we often demonstrate our software to partners and their clients
Possess integrity
We will consider as a plus:
Some experience in Business Development
Previous experience or knowledge in Agile, Kanban, Lean or a Six Sigma certification
Some Project Management knowledge – to be interested in the way people work best
Fluency in German, French, or Spanish.
